The owner is a very friendly guy. You can tell he takes pride in the pastries and drinks they make. Everything I have had here has tasted phenomenal so far. Excellent atmosphere and customer service. I think the reviews speak for themselves. This place is an absolute must try!

the costumer service is above and beyond!!! it was so fast and the lady who helped me even let me try a desert for free and offered for me to try a cake for free as well since it was my first time being there!!! i got a boba tea and it is the best i’ve had so far i love how you can choose how sweet you want it and choose flavors and toppings i would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!

MEII Tea is a hidden gem in Springfield. The brown sugar dirty milk tea (75% sweet) is amazing. What sets this drink apart from the rest is you can taste the layers of flavors and it is amazing on the tongue. The tiramisu cream puffs are divine. Such a smooth, velvety, flavor. The layers of flavors that are in all the foods and drinks here are something you rarely find in places nowadays. MEII Tea is simply exquisite. Monica is such a sweetheart. MEII Tea is decorated beautifully inside. Give it a try. You'll be glad you stopped.

Great service. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is delicious and appropriately priced. The presentation of each of the drinks and food is great. My wife is a big fan of tea and would recommend it highly to anyone else who loves tea. NEW: They're looking at serving coffee regularly and the espresso is delicious.

Best Tea/Boba shop around for miles! I had the Brown Sugar Dirty Milk Tea and it was absolutely fabulous! The taste of it was impeccable and delicious. I also ordered a Taro Puff and it was so delicious the flavor profile is almost indescribable! Everything is priced fairly and made with excellent quality. I would recommend this to all my family and friends. This would definitely be a daily visit if I could go there every day.

The drinks and treats are phenomenal! The cream puffs are amazing. I usually am not a fan of cream puffs, but these are absolutely incredible! The staff was so friendly and answered our questions and gave us a sample of the cream puffs. Definitely recommend and will 100% be back when we’re in town.
